the location is near public transport options I found borough market just across the street it had great options. the workers were helpful especially robert who showed patience. the room felt spacious with a comfortable bed.
i had issues with noise there is a nightclub nearby i could hear loud music into the early morning. i complained and was moved to a room at the front but that room had street noise. the hotel knew about the noise issues it seemed.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was acceptable.
The mattress was AWFUL. We sank and rolled together in the middle. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed. It was not good. Breakfast was dry, as if it had been sitting for some time.

the hotel is near borough market and london bridge station. i had complimentary drinks in my room. the front desk staff were friendly when i checked in. the location is great for walking around.
i found no fridge in my room, somewhat inconvenient. cold water was available downstairs, but it cost 7 aud a bottle. i would have liked a small refrigerator to keep drinks cool in my room.

The location was excellent. It was very close to several points of interest and public transportation. the staff were very polite and helpful. i found the area to be quite safe.
i found a condom and some kind of sex toy in the drawer. this showed the room was not cleaned properly after the last guest left. the receptionist did not seem bothered by this.

the room temperature proved difficult to regulate. i found myself adjusting it frequently. it was sometimes too warm, other times too cool. finding a consistent comfort level was a small challenge.
